Sweet Photos of Pets and Their New Siblings

3. The Best Big Brother

Siblings simply do not get on sometimes. But every so often you find a set of siblings that love the crap out of each other; you are staring at one of them. Living a solitary life on his own, this older brother was really content, but he had no idea how much fun it could be to have a dog in house. And the tiny guy's face makes clear that he is fixated on his older brother. Right there, that is the essence of love and respect; it seems as though this puppy is both physically and symbolically looking up his big brother. The picture catches a lovely instance of canine friendship that surpasses conventional dog partnerships. Presumably older and more experienced, the larger dog has become the young pup's mentor and guardian. Comparatively to the puppy's wild excitement and affection, the older brother's eyes almost show the wisdom and patience. With the older canine training and socializing the younger one, this dynamic team probably offers twice the delight to their human family. The way the addition of a new family member has enhanced the life of the once-solo dog shows how sometimes unanticipated additions can result in the most fulfilling partnerships. Their relationship reminds us why dogs are sometimes said to as man's best friend: it is evidence of their flexibility and emotional depth.
